Amateur Yoga Neighbor invites you

As an Amateur yoga enthusiast, I was pleasantly surprised when my neighbor invited me to join her weekly yoga sessions in the park. The invitation came out of the blue, but I couldn't resist the opportunity to practice yoga with a group of like-minded individuals. We would start with a gentle warm-up, followed by a series of sun salutations and then move on to more advanced poses. The sessions were always capped off with a relaxing meditation, where we would all lie down on our mats and take in the beauty of nature around us.
